How long does it take formy art to arrive?
Creating Time: Generally 7-10 days
Shipping Time: Generally 5-10 days by FedEx,DHL,UPS etc
Generally, you will receive your purchase in 12-20 days after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at info@nhfineart.com to confirm the accurate time frame.
Is the framed painting ready to be hung?
We offer three options.
- If you purchase the framed / Gallery Wrapped option, we will provide the hooks so you can hang it easily when you receive it.
- If you purchase a rolled painting, you will need to find a local gallery to frame it for you. They will install the hooks for you.
How do I pick the right artwork for my room?
When shopping for artwork, size can have just as much of an impact as the composition of the piece. It is important to determine where you want to hang your art first so that you can measure to find the perfect size.
• For abstract art, BIGGER IS BETTER to maximize impact.
• An oversized piece of art in a small room can create a focal point.
• A small piece in a large room may get lost. Try grouping several smaller pieces together to create a display of art to fill the area of the room.
• Another rule of thumb for hanging art is to center it at eye level. Consider if you'll usually be standing or sitting in the space and select your eye-level height accordingly.
Packing
- Rolled paintings are packed carefully in a strong paper tube
- Framed paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box.
Can I update my order at any point?
Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact info@nhfineart.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, we can accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you with the cancellation. After 24 hours, our artists will have begun work on your painting, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Custom or personalized paintings (e.g., portraits or custom commissions) are non-refundable, unless damaged during transit.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nhfineart.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Please note: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of non-defective products. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
Exchanges for non-defective items (e.g., if you prefer a different style) may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
How long does a refundtake to process?
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
Damaged goods
For damaged item, please kindly contact Nhfineart within 7 days of the date it was received and will be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at info@nhfineart.com if you would like to replace your item.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Nhfineart currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accepts payments made through Shop Pay or PayPal.
