Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – Nhfineart

Thank you for shopping at Nhfineart. We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our hand-painted artwork and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, our artists may have started creating your piece, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

  • To cancel, contact us at info@nhfineart.com as soon as possible.

Return Rules

  • Returns accepted for 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Customer pays return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

  • No final sale items, except for custom or personalized hand-painted artworks (e.g., portraits or commissions), which are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage or defect.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

  • Exchanges for non-defective items (e.g., a different style) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
