Thank you for shopping at Nhfineart. We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our hand-painted artwork and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, our artists may have started creating your piece, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

To cancel, contact us at info@nhfineart.com as soon as possible.
Return Rules

Returns accepted for 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Customer pays return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective.

20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

No final sale items, except for custom or personalized hand-painted artworks (e.g., portraits or commissions), which are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage or defect.
Exchanges

We accept exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

Exchanges for non-defective items (e.g., a different style) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
