During the creation process, our artist will keep you updated with photos and videos of your painting.

Only when you're entirely satisfied with your painting will we ship it to you via FedEx/DHL/UPS etc.

This painting is Made to Order, it takes 7-10 business days to be completed.
All orders are shipped via express delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Custom or personalized paintings (e.g., portraits or custom commissions) are non-refundable, unless damaged during transit.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nhfineart.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Please note: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of non-defective products. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
